Operator

As an operator you are responsible for producing rope, setting the machines for the correct production process.

You'll produce semi-finished products, twist yarns, and spool them for the braiding department. Our modern braiding machines will turn yarns into ropes and lines. In another department, we also coat and stretch lines made from high-quality materials. This is a fully automated process, but it must be configured correctly.

You'll also work with an advanced test bench to test the rope's breaking strength and elongation. Based on the test results, you'll determine whether there are opportunities to optimize the machine settings for improved performance.

You are also responsible for resolving minor malfunctions in the machines, so that the production process continues to run efficiently.

What we expect from you is that you have technical insight and are able to set up and adjust machines properly.

We also expect you to be able to work well both as part of a team and independently, depending on the situation. It's important that you can work accurately and neatly, ensuring everything is carried out according to the required standards.
