LangmanTouw recently took a significant step in its testing capacity: the commissioning of a new tensile testing machine with a maximum capacity of 300 tons. This advanced testing facility allows Langman to test and certify ropes and wire ropes under extreme loads to the highest standards.
With this expansion, Langman Ropes strengthens its position as a rope manufacturer in the Netherlands with full production and testing capacity. The tensile testing machine is suitable for testing:
- UHMWPE/Dyneema® ropes
- Aramid ropes such as Twaron® and Technora®
- Plastic ropes made of Polyester, Nylon and Polypropylene
- Natural fiber ropes such as hemp, sisal, and manila
- Steel cables
- Special constructions and custom products
